That could ring true for the Washington Capitals this off-season. Despite the fact that the Washington Capitals probably won’t use their last amnesty buyout, another team’s buyout might wind up being a good thing for them. It definitely happened last season with Mikhail Grabovski, who was amnestied by the Toronto Maple Leafs.
