ALS: Paul Bissonnette Takes It To Next Level

The ALS challenge is in full swing with social media fulling this fire.  ALS is a progressive neurological disease that affects the nerve cells and spinal chord in individuals bodies.  It is also known as Lou Gehrigs disease.

We saw Evgeny Kuznetsov and John Carlson take the plunge and also call out some of their teammates.  The New England Patriots took the challenge as a team and called out the other AFC East Teams to take the plunge.

Paul Bissonnette may have taken this challenge to the extreme.  The current free agent who is being considered by the Washington Capitals called out Aaron Rogers, LeBron James, and Russell Wilson to top his extreme plunge for ALS.

Aaron Rodgers, quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, responded to Bissonnette’s challenge via twitter.

If Paul Bissonnette plays hockey the way he promotes and takes on challenges like this, I want him on this team.  Calling the Washington Capitals front office, Sign Him!

If you are interested in donating to ALS you can do so for the ALS Association and ALS Canada.
