1. Team as a whole

Anyone can say they hate the Philadelphia Flyers, but no one can argue that they are a pretty well put together team. Their knowledge and awareness of each other really helps them play, even though they aren’t as good as teams like the Pittsburgh Penguins or the Boston Bruins. I believe that they work well as a team and that there is a great balance between stick-handling, physical play, and shooting percentages. I believe they will have a similar regular season, and I would even venture to say that they will make it to playoffs again.

2. What they did last year

The Flyers had a winning season. They won forty-two games and lost thirty in regulation. They had ten Overtime Losses. The Flyers ended their regular season with ninety-four points total and managed to earn the sixth seed spot in the playoffs for the Eastern Conference. In the playoffs, the Flyers faced the New York Rangers. It was a relatively close series, having to utilize all seven games.
