The future of the Washington Capitals will be on display this week at MedStar Capitals Iceplex.
Shortly after the annual summer Development Camp schedule was announced, the Washington Capitals released the roster of camp participants on Monday night.
All four draft picks from the 2019 Capitals draft class will be present including the first round, 25th overall pick Connor McMichael. Another big draw will be Capitals prospect Joe Snively, who was born in local Herndon, VA and grew up through the “Little Caps” program. A dream come true for Snively himself, he had the same dentist as Alex Ovechkin and one time got his hockey gloves signed by the “Great Eight” himself. Snively signed an entry-level deal in March.
