The NHL has long been known for having some of the best jerseys in professional sports. Whether you are a fan of the Original Six or a fan of a new team, chances are your team has a really awesome looking sweater. Every team seems to have alternate and/or third jerseys, so no matter what your style is, your team probably has a jersey that fits it just right.

This is just my opinion about the jerseys. I considered many things when compiling this list. First of all, while I agree with the fans of Original Six teams that their jerseys literally might be the six best in the NHL, I wanted to acknowledge some of the other excellent jerseys around. Secondly, since I’m such a huge fan of Winter Classic and other outdoor game jerseys, I decided to not include any on this list. Otherwise, my list would probably consist of nothing but those jerseys!
