#2 Oshie will come up short to Connor McDavid

Connor McDavid will slightly edge T.J. Oshie in a close race. Once again McDavid will reign as it’ll be his fourth one in a row. Death, taxes and Connor McDavid as the fastest skater just seems more and more like a reality.

McDavid’s time will be 13.40 while Oshie’s will be just above 13.50 bringing this race around the rink as close as ever.

Oshie’s competition in the fastest skater, again by preidctiion will be Jack Eichel of the Buffalo Sabres, Mitchell Marner of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Nico Hischier of the New Jersey Devils, David Perron of the St. Louis Blues, McDavid, Anze Kopitar of the Los Angeles Kings and Tyler Seguin of the Dallas Stars.

Also don’t forget to tune in to an even more important event before the festivities kick off. It’s the All Star Red Carpet which will begin at 4:30 p.m. eastern time. The festivities themselves will begin at 8 p.m. eastern time.
