You probably enjoyed our Washington Capitals villains who will get coal on this Christmas. This piece is a little nicer as we’ll cover who makes the Christmas Nice List.

These players deserve a great Christmas with their families and hopefully they are getting it. We all got an early gift with the return of hockey. Some of us got reverse retro jerseys. Others got Henrik Lundqvist ones that they will still wear proudly.

We already predicted what Alex Ovechkin would get. We also covered Christmas movies that we like. Let’s now go over the nice list.

#3 Jakub Vrana

Jakub Vrana is a complete stud. He is a young star on the rise and one of the most intriguing players to keep an eye on this season. Coming off a 25 goal season, he has yet to reach his ceiling. The season before that he scored 24 goals.

The one problem is the playoffs where he was held scoreless the last two years but entering a big final year he can certainly make up for those woes. He posted on his Instagram recently that he was on his way back to the District. We can’t wait to see what he does.
