The Washington Capitals take on the Philadelphia Flyers for the second time this season and first time at Wells Fargo Center. The Caps lost the last matchup 2-1 at Capital One Arena on Nov. 6. Last season the Caps won all four road games against the Flyers and should they win tonight it would mark the longest win streak on the road against the Flyers in franchise history.

The Caps are coming off a 4-1 win over the Nashville Predators, continuing their good play on the road. Joe Snively, Nick Jensen and Alex Ovechkin twice provided the goals while Ilya Samsonov stopped 33 shots. Samsonov will get the start in goal once again tonight but Vitek Vanecek (upper body) did participate in the morning skate.
