Game 2 between the Washington Capitals and Florida Panthers is moments away as the Caps look to go up 2-0 in the series heading back to Washington. The Capitals took Game 1 by a final of 4-2 behind a 30 save performance from goaltender Vitek Vanecek.

The only injury to report on the Capitals front comes with Tom Wilson. He’s day to day with a lower body injury. He won’t play tonight. Brett Leason was called up from the Hershey Bears.
