The Flyers are entering their third preseason game. They won the opener against the Boston Bruins 2-1 on home ice. Last night they played on the road and fell 2-1 to the Sabres. This is the second leg of a back to back for Philadelphia.

Tonight’s game will feature plenty of new faces and some players that played in the previous preseason game. Teams are required to dress at least eight veteran players but it’s loosely defined so you’ll see some regulars in the lineup but not too many.

This is the first of three straight preseason road games before the Caps finish up at home. During this road stretch you’ll see plenty of players from the Hershey Bears and even some potential impact players on the AHL team this season.
