The NHL All Star Game is this upcoming weekend at FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Florida. For rosters click here. For more info on Alex Ovechkin hopefully participating click here. If you want to travel and see your Washington Capitals star compete, here’s how much it’ll cost to attend.
First let’s start with Friday night’s skills competition. According to Gametime, the cheapest ticket to attend Friday night’s festivities is just $59 dollars in the upper deck. The most expensive is $747 which is a seat in the third row. The Skills Competition takes place on Friday at 7 p.m. on ESPN.
On Saturday at 3 p.m. is the NHL All Star Game itself. Gametime has the cheapest price at $121 in the upper level. The most expensive seat is in the lower level 13 rows from the ice in section 134 priced at $4,171. Of course none of these prices listed above include the processing fees.
Overall I thought the All Star Game would cost a little more. It is somewhat affordable if you’re able to fly to Florida or if you already live there and you’ll see some quality competition featuring the NHL’s best players.
For the Stadium Series in a couple weeks, it’s a totally different story. Those tickets are definitely pricy.
In addition to the game and skills competition, the NHL is also hosting an All Star Beach Festival presented by Truly Hard Seltzer. That attraction is free and open to hockey fans of all ages.
You’ll even have a chance to attend the live taping of the Enterprise Splash Shot Skills Challenge on Thursday Feb. 2 at 3:30 p.m. that will air during Friday night’s skills competition. Here’s more information on it.
On Friday at the fan fest you can see the players enter on the red carpet on Friday afternoon at 3 p.m. If you don’t have a ticket to the All Star Game they will have a watch party with the game on the big screen.
