The Washington Capitals take on the Columbus Blue Jackets to close out the month of January. If you play fantasy hockey, here are the Capitals players to insert into your lineup tonight.

T.J. Oshie: Oshie has 10 goals and seven assists for 17 points so far this season in 34 games. His last goal came in the Capitals’ blowout loss to the Vegas Golden Knights and he’ll be due to score one tonight.

Dmitry Orlov: Orlov recorded an assist and skated a team high 27:33 in the Capitals’ 3-2 shootout win over the Pittsburgh Penguins on Jan. 26. Since Dec. 27, Orlov has logged a team high of 23:25 minutes of ice time per game.

Dylan Strome: Here’s an excerpt from Yahoo Sports…

The Capitals have given Strome the chance to center a line with Alex Ovechkin and T.J. Oshie on his wings. With 36 points in 51 games, a promotion is reasonable. The Jackets are bad offensively, but worse defensively. Columbus has a 3.86 GAA and 35.1 shots on net per contest.

Erik Gustafsson: From Yahoo Sports…

Gustafsson has started 67.9 percent of his shifts in the offensive zone, third highest on the Capitals. He’s also skating top-pairing minutes with John Carlson out. All those minutes and opportunity will come for Gustafsson against a team in the bottom three in GAA and shots on goal allowed per game Tuesday.

Charlie Lindgren: Lindgren will get the start in goal tonight. Over his last 12 starts, Lindgren is 9-3-0 with a 2.18 goals against average and a .920 save percentage. Lindgren has won four straight starts on the road dating back to Dec. 5. Over his last four road starts, Lindgren is 4-0-0 with a 2.01 goals against average and a .933 save percentage.
