Why not run it back a third time with Ovechkin?

With Ovechkin potentially hanging up his skates after the 2026-27 season, it could make sense to give him his third cover of his career. He was on NHL 07 and NHL 21, why not give one of the greatest hockey players of all-time the cover of NHL 28 and let him finish his career as the only person to be on the cover of the video games three different times?
