The Washington Capitals announced on Wednesday some upcoming watch parties at The Wharf in 2025. It'll also feature a Jack Daniel's Barrel Tree and that Holiday special drink will be offered at 20 locations in support of Operation Ride Home. The watch party dates are Thursday Jan. 16 at 6 p.m. and Saturday Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. in celebrating with the Capitals 50th Anniversary.

Per the Capitals press release, the Wharf ice rink at Transit Pier will feature a Caps theme with ALL CAPS rink panels, Capitals decor and a Capitals themed ice resurfacer. The presence of ALL CAPS continues throughout the surrounding area with the takeover of the popular Camp Wharf S'mores trailer and fire pit. Be sure to visit the "Caps Campfire" Thursday through Sunday where fans can enjoy s'mores and hot cider around the fire.

The Rock the Rink skate and road watch party dates occur when the Capitals visit the Ottawa Senators on Jan. 16 and Saturday Feb. 22 when they head to the Steel City to take on the Pittsburgh Penguins. Fans are invited to watch the contests on the jumbotron and all fans wearing Capitals jerseys will receive $5 off rink admission.

In the true spirit of the holidays, Jack Daniel's and The Wharf joined forces to raise money for Operation Ride Home, a program that brings junior miliary members home for the holidays.

There will be an eye catching 35 foot high Jack Daniel's Barrel Tree on display and a specially branded Jack Daniel's bar at Transit Pier that will serve winter warm ups through Jan. 10.

Barrels from the Jack Daniel's Barrel Tree are sold for purchase with all proceeds going to Operation Ride Home. Additional details can be found at OperationRideHome.com.

Jack Daniel's will also donate $1, up to $5,000, to Operation Ride Home for every Jack Daniel's cocktail sold during the month of December at the following locations, per the release, 12 Stories, Bar Pendry, Boardwalk Bar and Arcade, Brighton SW1, Canopy Central, Cantina Bambina, Del Mar, Easy Company, H - Bar, Hank's Oyster Bar, Kinfolk, Kirwan's on The Warf, La Vie, Lupo Marino, Moonraker, Officiana, Pearl Street Warehouse, The Anthem, Whiskey Charlie, and Zooz.
