The Washington Capitals were busy the last couple of weeks and are finished adding to their roster but are willing to part with a certain player if it makes sense.

Ethan Frank could also be a trade candidate. Frank was signed by the Capitals back in 2023-24 out of college. Frank’s speed and motor fit well into the Capitals’ system and he has proven to be a very good fourth liner. The Capitals may be hesitant to trade him, but he could bring back a valuable draft pick in return.
