The Washington Capitals are well into the offseason, and they seem focused on improving their roster and stabilizing their lineup in hopes of making a deep playoff run next season, and they just got an important piece of business done.
In a recent tweet from David Pagnotta, it was revealed that the Capitals had signed their head coach, Spencer Carbery, to a multi-year extension.

Carbery, who is 44 years old, won the Jack Adams Award as the NHL's top coach in the 2024-25 season, and just finished his third season as the bench boss of the Capitals.
Over three seasons with the Capitals, Carbery has a 134-83-29 record, and will be remaining there for a little while longer.
