Silber also notes that Andrew Mangiapane is in Washington and joined the team but wasn't on the ice for the infromal skates. Training camp officially opens on September 19.

Also a happy belated birthday to Kevin Hatcher and we hope our friends had fun out on the golf course for a good cause for the Laughlin Family Foundation that Craig and Courtney put together for their wife and mother, Linda. We're excited to hear more stories about the success and turnout of the event.

Also as we're writing this more players have trickled into town with training camp just nine days away.
