Capitals depth chart after trading Evgeny Kuznetsov

For the first part of this exercise lets break down how the Caps lined up in the win over the Vancouver Canucks on Saturday.








Starting goalie: Charlie Lindgren

Backup goalie: Darcy Kuemper

Healthy scratches: NAK, Bear, Sgarbossa

The Caps will have an optional morning skate at raround 12:30 on the east coast and 10:30 a.m. over there on mountain time. It's a 6:30 start over there and an 8:30 start if you live in the DMV which isn't as bad as the 10:00 games.

Yesterday's Caps practice was an optional but these are some other prospect names: Ryan Leonard and Ryan Chesley who are both in college but want to make that jump someday to the NHL. Leonard as we all know has tore it up with Boston College. Chesley suits up for the University of Minnesota.
