Tonight the Washington Capitals and Carolina Hurricanes meet for the second of four meetings this regular season. The Caps won the first matchup 2-1 in the shootout on Dec. 17 in Raleigh. The series shifts to DC where the Caps are coming off a split in the back to back they had earlier this week.
