The Washington Capitals AHL affiliate went on to score four more goals en route to a 4-1 win.

Chase Priskie would have the secondary assist on the goal and soon Priskie and Roe would attack, Roe retrieved a loose puck to backhand it in at 7:29 to give the Bears a lead they would never look back on. Ivan Miroshnichenko had the secondary assist.

The Bears were able to close it out with a pair of goals in the third with Matt Strome making it 3-1 at 11:52 with a power play goal from Henrik Rybinski and Lucas Johansen. Mike Vecchione sealed the game with an empty net goal at 17:58 from Roe and Aaron Ness.
