Hershey Bears gear up for Game 6 of Calder Cup Finals
It's a big night for the Washington Capitals affiliates as they have a chance to do somehing magnificent
The Hershey Bears go for their AHL record 13th Calder Cup tonight at GIANT Center in Hershey, PA. After the news of the Washington Capitals unveiling their 50th anniversary concept and logo, it would be pretty sweet to see the Bears complete the lucky 13. Tonight's game at Hersheypark is SOLD OUT!

Now the Calder Cup is back in the house and the Bears hope to keep that and Repeat the Roar. The hero last game was Jimmy Huntington with two goals including the game winner.
100 Calder Cup playoff games @ GIANT Center oh my
The Bears tonight will play their 100th Calder Cup playoff game in GIANT Center since the building opened prior to the 2002-03 season. It all started with a 3-1 win over the Chicago Wolves back in the 2003 Western Conference Quarterfinals. Through the 99 home playoff contests, the Bears are 65-34 and have won 14 series clinching games, six requiring overtime.
Huntington home for Calder Cup hunting
Huntington was the hero last game and he's also a beast on home ice. He's recorded 10 points with two goals and eight assists over his last eight home games dating back to Game 1 of the Atlantic Division Finals against Hartford. Hershey is 4-0 when Huntington scores in the playoffs and 8-2 when he receives at least a point, per the Bears.
