The Washington Capitals take on the Nashville Preadators as they look to continue their success of winning the second half of back to back sets. They are 4-0-0 in those scenarios this season.

Last night was a fraction of Philadelphia vs. Washington Monday Night Football Body Bag Game as the Caps lost two players early on in Charlie Lindgren and Martin Fehervary. Capitals head coach Spencer Carbery said they could be out for the "foreseeable future" after the 5-1 loss to the New York Islanders.

There was no morning skate, per usual when it comes to back to backs. The Caps recalled goaltender Hunter Shepard and returned Ivan Miroshnichenko to the Hershey Bears. Carbery talks to the media at 4:45.
