Washington Capitals announce 2024-25 promotions schedule

On Monday afternoon the Washington Capitals announced their 2024-25 promotional calendar featuring lots of all fan giveaways and a few select special ticket events. The promotion calendar highlights 50 years of Caps hockey.
In addition, the Caps also announced single game tickets for the season will be available for purchase on Wednesday August 21 through Ticketmaster. Caps fans are encouraged to make their ticket purchases directly from the team for guaranteed valid entry.
You can use any Ticketmaster outlet or the NHL Ticket Exchange where you can buy directly from season ticket holders who can't attend that respective game. For more information be sure to call 202-266-CAPS or vist WashCaps.com.
During the season the Caps will host five 50th anniversary era nights dedicated to celebrating five decades of Caps hockey. Per the press release, more than 10 of the season's 20 all arena giveaways will uniquely celebrate the milestone. That includes duo bobbleheads, pennants, a viewfiender and more.
Some additional giveaways include a Hockey Fights Cancer T shirt, an ice resurfacer gravy boat and a friendship bracelet. There is also 30 theme nights. Besides the Era Nights, Country Music Night is back as is Margaritaville and Marvel Super Hero Day.
There are also several community focused themes including Hispanic Heritage Night, Hockey Fights Cancer, Pride, Youth Hockey, Caps Canines, Hockey Talks, Celebrating Black History, Women in Hockey and more.
The Caps also mention that in addition the 15 special ticket packages offer a Caps swim cap, a Screaming Eagle cowboy hat, a rainbow tumbler, challenge coins, a dog chew toy, pickleball paddle, Caps water bottle and sticker set and much more.
