Washington Capitals prospect profiles part 3 for 2024 Rookie Camp

The Washington Capitals took the ice in Annapolis, Maryland for Day 2 of Rookie Camp over this weekend and we are back looking at more prospects for you to keep an eye on.
Per Tarik El-Bashir of Monumental Sports Network, Olaf Kolzig, Braden Holtby and Todd Nelson are keeping a close eye at Navy's John McMullen Arena while development camp staffers Brooks Orpik, Jim Slater, and Steve Richmond were running the drills.
Here's some more prospects to look at over the course of your weekend:
Kyler Kupka: The 25 year old was named a Hobey Baker Award nominee after establishing career highs in goals with 14 as well as 18 assists and points with 32 in 37 games during his senior season at St. Cloud State University in 2023-24. He signed an ECHL contract with the South Carolina Stingrays for this ucpoming season.
The Camrose, Alberta Native ranked second on the Huskies in goals, tied for second in power play goals with four and third in points. In 144 career collegiate games at St. Cloud State, Kupka tallied 85 points with 32 goals and 53 assists. The six foot 1, 190 pound forward male made his professonal debut with the South Carolina Stingrays on March 29 against Greenville. In seven games with the Stingrays, Kupka tallied four points with two goals and four assists.
Jayden Lee: There's another Jayden in Maryland but not the quarterback you're thinking of. The 23 year old signed an AHL contract with the Hershey Bears for the 2024-25 season and last season at Qunnipac University he recorded 26 points with three goals and 23 assists as well as a +20 plus/minus rating.
Lee led the team's defensemen in assists and points and was named to the 2024 ECAC Hockey First All Confererence Team and was a finalist for the 2024 Howie's Best Defensive Defenseman Award. In 172 collegiate games at Qunnipac, Lee tallied 73 points with 16 goals and 57 assists for a +74 plus/minus rating.
Rookie Camp continues tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. with the goalies on the ice followed by practice from 11-12:30 p.m.
