Dylan Strome recorded his team leading 36th assist of the season in the win over the Florida Panthers to extend his point streak to four games. He's got five points in that stretch with three goals and two assists. It marked Strome's sixth point streak of four or more games this season.
With an assist on Feb. 1 against the Winnipeg Jets, Strome reached the 50 point mark for the fourth time in his career. Strome recorded his 50th point in his 52nd game of the season, marking the fewest games he has needed to reach the 50 point mark. Last season it took him 61 games.
Strome scored his 14th and 15th goals of the season on Jan. 30 at the Ottawa Senators. He has scored three goals in his last four games. His first goal came on the power play which marked his team leading 21st power play point of the season (five goals and 16 assists).
Strome is on pace for 78 points this season after his 67 last season led the Caps. Strome has also won 59.1 percent of his face offs since Jan. 1 and his 55.5 face off win percentage this season ranks tied for 12th in the NHL.
Strome has recorded 10 points with three goals and seven assists in his last eight games the Flyers dating back to the 2022-23 season which includes two assists in two games against the Flyers this season.
