#2 Pierre-Luc Dubois
It was Pierre-Luc Dubois who had to step in on the power play in Dylan Strome's breif absense due to the brief injury but he delivered on the next man up mentality. He moved up from the second unit to the first unit during the process.
Carbery told Mike Vogel of WashCaps.com in his game preview:
"It's nice to see those guys stepping up in those moments when they get the opportunity. If - down the road - we need to get different looks, it gives you the confidence to put Sandin, Dubie and Miro in those spots to have success."Spencer Carbery
It added up to a three week power play binge that has pushed them all the way up in the NHL from waking up 14th in the league on Nov. 9 to 14th in the league as of Dec. 2 at 22.7 percent and per Vogs, they're sixth in the circuit in the special teams index at 106. New Jersey leads in that category at 114.7.
So far this season Dubois has three goals and 13 assists for 16 points in 24 games.
