#1 Tom Wilson

Tom Wilson would provide the game winning goal that would prove to be the difference in the 5-4 win. It was his seventh goal on the power play and #43 has tallied four points in his last four games with a goal and three assists.

After the game Wilson was quick to speak on the play of Charlie Lindgren, telling Vogs:

"I can speak personally; he's bailed me out a bunch of times. We love that guy back there. No one works harder than him. He's been a backbone for us for a while. Obviously, he buried that one in his own net, but after he shut the door. And it's not easy when something like that happens. He rallies, and he stands on top of his head for the rest of the game. I've got a lo of respect for that guy, and we just wanted to make sure that we're trying to help him out and score a couple of goals for him."
