The Washington Capitals and Buffalo Sabres go head to head on Monday night at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. Here's how to watch. Read on to find out who you should insert into your fantasy lineup tonight.

Capitals coach Spencer Carbery spoke to the media after morning skate and indicated that Charlie Lindgren will get the start tonight in goal. Jan Levine of The Hockey News wrote about Lindgren earlier Monday morning and said this:

"Logan Thompson, due to his brilliant play, has grabbed a hold of the top goalie role in Washington. Lindgren is in the midst of a rough stretch as he is 0-2-1 across his last three starts while allowing 10 goals on just 81 shots in that span. After notching 25 wins with a 2.67 goals against average (GAA) and .911 save percentage last season, Lindgren has just 10 wins midway through this season with a 2.70 GAA and a .898 save percentage. Despite his recent slump, Lindgren is worth a look Monday. "

Another player you should add is Pierre-Luc Dubois writes Sean Allen of ESPN.com:

"With Alex Ovechkin back in the world and on the Wayne Gretzky chase in his first outing since breaking his leg on Nov. 18, all Capitals boats are lifted by this rising tide. Dubois has been holding down the No. 2 center role comfortably, but Ovechkin's return improves the second line by kicking Connor McMichael and his 16 goals down to Dubois' wing. Dubois has 13 points across his past 13 games, which is more than enough sustained offense to be on more fantasy teams."

PLD recorded the primary assist on Aliaksei Protas' goal on Saturday against the Rangers which extended his point streak to three games with three assists. WIth that marker he eclipsed his assist total from last season in 43 fewer games. 17 of his 25 assists have been primaries, which ranks second on the team to Dylan Strome who has 18.

Dubois has recorded 16 points with three goals and 13 assists in his last 16 games. Dubois led the Capitals in points in December with 12 in 13 games played with two goals and 10 assists. The six foot four, 220 pound center also led Washington in points during Alex Ovechkin's 16 game absence from Nov. 21 to Dec. 23 with four goals and 10 assists for 14 points.
