To no shock among anyone around here, Monumental Sports Network has become your spot to catch the Caps wherever you are. Their third to last game of 2024 and the final Saturday saw record numbers for the network as Alex Ovechkin made his return from a rare left fibula injury.

A lot of programming on the Network also took home 2024 Capital Emmy Awards: Among them were Hometown with Richel Nichols in the interview/discussion category, Capitals Pregame Live took home one of the best sports program Live accolades, Caps Red Line won the best post produced/edited sports program. Joe Beninati won best Sports Play by Play Talent.
