2015 NHL Mock Draft: Washington Capitals Add To BluelineBy Dave Stevenson | Jun 7, 2015PrevPrev3 of 7NextNextView image | gettyimages.com6. New Jersey Devils85. The Devils desperately need elite forward talent. After the fantastic four of McDavid, Eichel, Strome and Marner, Barzal is the best forward available. What a way to start what could be a rebuild! As a Washington Capitals fan, I wouldn’t be looking forward to be facing Barzal repeatedly.. Center. Seattle (WHL). Mathew Barzal. 6. player7. Philadelphia Flyers68. The Flyers have an interesting decision to make here. Do they go with Lawson Crouse (whose playing style would be perfect for the Flyers) or do they stay with what they did last year in the draft and rebuild their blue line? Provorov is an extremely special talent. Crouse, though he is talented, is more of an unknown. I’d go with Provorov here, though Crouse would be a really nice pick here too. Crouse has a similar playing style to one <strong><a href=. Defense. Brandon (WHL). Ivan Provorov. 7. player8. Columbus Blue Jackets9. San Jose Sharks120. At some point, the Sharks have to accept that <strong><a href=. Center. Sarnia (OHL). Pavel Zacha. 9. player10. Colorado AvalancheKingston (OHL). Lawson Crouse. 10. player. 103. Yup, I have Crouse falling to the tenth pick. This isn’t necessarily reflective of his talent as it is reflective of the needs of the teams above them. Crouse is a huge forward who has a ton of skill. His style of play would be great for Colorado. If the Flyers grab him at #7, I could see the Avalanche drafting Provorov or Werenski. Rantanen would be a great fit here as well. Like Columbus, regardless of how things play out, I really like the Avalanche in this spot. They’ll have options..
