The 2010’s decade has just hours left in it. Or if you’re reading this and it’s already January, Welcome to 2020!

As I’m sure you’ve seen, there have been a ton of end of the decade lists. The best this, the best that. The worst this and the weirdest that and so on and so forth.

We will also do an end of the decade list here at Stars and Sticks but I’m not going to claim this is the be all end all of lists. We’re all different people and moments can hit us differently. I’m sure you have seen lists and you were dumbfounded how you’re favorite whatever wasn’t on said list.

What this will be is MY favorite moments from the last decade from the Washington Capitals. Some of these moments will be actual on ice moments, some will be off ice moments. With that being pointed out, lets look at some fun moments from the 2010’s for the Capitals.
