#2 T.J. Oshie

From injuries, to COVID to even a non COVID illness, the Caps could certainly use T.J. Oshie’s presence as he finally returned to the lineup on Monday night and had a goal to boot. So far this season he has five goals and eight assists for 13 points.

Another important part of Oshie being back is this…

Oshie is a spark plug, a positive energy type of guy who can help jumpstart the Caps to stop their winning streak and start a new one. Oshie scored the Caps first goal of the season and then had a hat trick in Washington’s win at the Ottawa Senators. Then his injury happened and we barely saw him on the ice since.

When Oshie is on the ice, we’re always in for a treat. He brings the skill to impact any given game night. He also has the looks of a stud and a cool name. After all, we all know his full name is Timothy Jimothy.

4-6 goals would be a good goal for him during this month of January. The question is, can he and the rest of the team get hot? After all we could all use some donuts from Dunkin on our cheat days.
