The Washington Capitals take on the Chicago Blackhawks tonight. In addition to Evgeny Kuznetsov, here are two other Caps players you should take on your fantasy team.

Here’s what Sean Allen of ESPN.com said about tonight’s matchup:

Alex Ovechkin potted a hat trick plus a helper when these teams met in December. The Blackhawks are what they are, but the Capitals haven’t been stalwart in the crease either. In the past month at five-on-five, only three teams have allowed more goals against per 60 than the Capitals. Keep an eye on Carlson potentially suiting up and see how he gets deployed. Rasmus Sandin stands to lose some shine if Carlson comes back full steam ahead.

Dylan Strome: He recorded an assist on Tuesday night against the Columbus Blue Jackets and has recorded 16 points in his last 12 games with five goals and 11 assists. He has recorded a six game point streak from March 4 to March 15 with three goals and seven assists which tied for the longest point streak of his career.

Here’s what Allen said about Strome:

Locked in with Ovechkin on the top line and top power play, Strome has 2.4 fantasy points per game over his past seven.

Rasmus Sandin: He recorded an assist on Tuesday against Columbus which extended his assist and point streak to three games. Sandin has recorded 12 points with one goal and 11 assists in nine games with Washington since making his debut on March 4. His 11 assists are the most by any Capitals player through their first 10 games with the club, breaking his tie with Randy Bridge (1991-92) and Chris Valentine (1981-82), via NHL Stats.

Here’s what Michael Finewax of Yahoo Sports had to say about Sandin:

Sandin has been a gem since his trade from Toronto on March 3, scoring once and adding 11 assists in just nine games. He remains on the top power play but that could come to an end shortly as John Carlson is expected back soon after missing three months with a fractured skull. Sandin had four goals and 16 assists in 52 games with the Maple Leafs before heading to Washington. He has 11 power play assists this season.
