Cyril Handal serves as the editor for Stars and Sticks. I am a life-long Capitals fan and remembers fondly the 1998 Stanley Cup final run. What I am hoping to bring to the table for this site is "the voice of the fan." I am a huge backseat GM and love to look at potential trades, signings, and draft picks. I would love to run a team but since Ted Leonsis is not knocking on my door, I am content to yell criticism and praise from the peanut gallery.I am opinionated and don't expect everyone to agree with me but will guarantee that there will be a solid argument behind every point.
