As for the man of the afternoon as of this writing it is unclear whether Oshie (upper body) or Aliaksei Protas (lower body) will suit up for the game but they did both participate in Saturday's optional practice. Spencer Carbery will speak to the media at 10:15 a.m. but he did note after practice that Charlie Lindgren will get the start in goal.

If you're coming to the game get there early. If you're tuning in, make sure you're in front of a TV before 12:30. The Capitals will honor T.J. Oshie for 1,000 career games played which he achieved on Saturday March 16 at the Vancouver Canucks. It is sure to be a speical day for Oshie and his family whether Timothy Jimothy plays or not.
