For the final time this season, the Washington Capitals and New Jersey Devils will meet. On this Easter Sunday get your festivities in early as the game will start at 3 p.m. Here is how to watch it and a look ahead to the game.

The teams previously met on Friday. In a boring contest, the Capitals came out on top in overtime. John Carlson had the goal in regulation and overtime ended with a hard and wicked slapshot from Dmitry Orlov.

The Caps are 7-0-0 against the Devils this season and will look for the season sweep this afternoon. Evgeny Kuznetsov and Carlson both lead the Caps with seven points, each with two goals and five assists against New Jersey this season while Alex Ovechkin leads the team with five goals in seven games.

The Caps will go with the same lineup as Friday night. Jakub Vrana will be a healthy scratch for the second straight game. Ilya Samsonov will get the start in goal. Here is what the lines were Friday night and will look like today:

Per the game notes, with a win today, Washington would record eight wins against a single opponent for the first time in franchise history. It would mark the 13th time since the expansion era (1967-68) a team has beaten an opponent eight times in a season.

The Caps have outscored the Devils 27-15 in their seven meetings this season. That includes the third most goals per game (3.80), the Caps have had against an opponent this season while allowing 2.11 goals per game against, the second least an opponent has against Washington.
